And “The Rebirth” just happened. Officially reborn as a Phoenix, raising from the ashes, coming out of the canvas to become my own creations. This first solo exhibition of original drawings will be visible until the 2th of march at Gallery Artnest, Trondheim.

The Rebirth is a project in development based on a photographic session with and admired and beloved photographer aka Raquel Garcia.

This project focuses on the development of my drawing skills through a serie of selfportaits in which I let myself explore the unciouss motion game of covering myself with paint.

Inspired by old fashion photographs, this is a collaboration with two lovely women, the model Almudena from Silent Macabre Art and the make up artist Bárbara Olivera.

Pencil portraits are one of my favorite subjects. I love bringing paper to life and doing a photocopy with my pencils.

1 year ago Trondheim Open was just a concept built by a collective of professional artist in Trondheim. One year later, an art explosion happened in this city. 36 hours of art experiences, projects both indoors and otudoors, conferences, concerts, exhibitions…

Apollo and Daphne is a photographic project in development. The concept of the main project is the creation of a graphic photo novel, where different classical myths will be interpreted through acrobatic dance and body language. This is a collaboration with Arnhild Nygård and Lars Gjølme from Fancy Pants.

Innbyggerne av Nidarosdomen (Citiziens of Nidarosdomen) is a big artistic project I’m which I’m currently working, inspired by the amazing and massive sculptoric decoration of Nidarosdomen cathedral in Trondheim, Norway. Based in photographs that I’ve been taking since my first trip to Trondheim as a tourist in 2006, this project wants to present the sculptures as human-fantasy beings as a part of Trondheim’s history, leaving all connections with the religion behind. Here are some illustrations and examples of the work process.

Watching David Lynch is a book project that started in 2005 as a merely school project for my graduation as an illustrator/graphic artist.

The project contains more than 60 illustrations, photographies, sketches and memories based on David Lynch’s cinema and life.

It got the shape of a book and left for Hollywood, where David Lynch and his manager from Asymmetrial Productions aproved and authorized it to be released as a book in the spring of 2011. I’m currently looking for a publisher for this book.

Exploring new ideas is like food for my brain, exciting and curious. I try to be active now and then participating in contests just for the fun of doing something different.

Promotion material and catalogue design for Barevny.  

I started painting on canvas in the summer of 2008, motivated to have my first exhibition at Modern Art Gallery in Trondheim. Since then, I’ve been exploring different techniques, sizes and styles, finding canvas painting as a meditation art therapy and working for exhibitions and commissions.

From darkness I begun to create most of my known pictures. Using music, books and channeling spiritual energy, I’ve try to represent concepts, ideas, songs, texts and other thoughts through my art using different techniques. Here are my favorite images.

To display the huge diversity of my work, here are some examples of some less serious subjects and funny illustrations.

Making your own species is as interesting as telling Darwing that his evolution theory is just wrong. If they exist in your head, they exist out there too. This is a project made for illustration school that I’m planning to continue someday.

Once upon a time I started listening to metal, and it became a hobby to copy photos of some of my favorite bands while attending my lessons at schools. This helped me a lot to develop my drawing skills.
